Shipping policy

Original artworks couriered within New Zealand will be delivered  to the address specified within 3-5 working days. Please allow for  adverse weather conditions which may be beyond our control.

For all limited edition prints, as these are printed on demand please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. All prints are delicately rolled and sent in strong cardboard tubes with protective packaging.

The utmost care is taken to pack and send artwork when it leaves us, but sometimes damage can  occur beyond our control during freight .

Should your package arrive damaged in transit we ask you to take photos of any seen damage to outside packing & any damage to product. Then contact Tony Harrington Artist within 7 days of dispatch as our couriers will not accept claims after that time.

We will do our best to rectify any damages that may occur .

Any large original purchases made within the Hawke's Bay area may be able to be picked up direct or even hand delivered.
